Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Live sale orders are processed after invoices are paid in full.

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. We offer a $7.77 flat rate maximum — if your calculated shipping exceeds $7.77, simply select the flat rate option at checkout.

Carriers We ship via USPS, including Ground Advantage.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary by location and are estimated by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at brookescrystalcoven@gmail.com or via Instagram DM @brookescrystalcoven and we will do our best to assist you.
